As I read through The Monkey and the Fish I’m taking inventory of my service to God through my local church. My answers to these tough questions reveal much to me:
- Are people’s lives really any different?
- Is my community and city really being transformed?
- Is hurt and pain really being marginalized in my community?

The side to side motion was intriguing.
The pace of the swing a bit [...]

Church? Nah…I Quit
Hanging with 20 somethings this weekend, over lunch I overheard her say:
“I don’t go to church. The Christian world puts everyone in a little box and has no time for people who step outside it.”
Does this bother you as much as me? What are we going to do?

3 Hot Jobs
If I were looking to either change jobs or to put together a dream team to launch a new church or business to lead my project, I agree with Seth Godin when he writes about these 3:

My heart beats for the local church. Thank you mom and dad for instilling into the core of who I am a love to serve the local church. And for this season of my life, I get [...]
