Hulu – The Evolution of Limitless Choices

Means “snoring” in Chinese.

“Cease and desist” in Swahili”

For this generation and those that follow, Hulu gives us a peek into the future.

Hulu’s tagline – watch your favorites. Anytime. For free.

In a world of limitless choices, 10 year olds aren’t going to run home to catch a TV show.

What the VCR did to TV….and TIVO did to the VCR…Hulu will do to TIVO.  Progression – we can’t fight it.  And if we have any missional mindset, we better learn and embrace platforms like Hulu.

Don’t think this progression impacts the future church?  Think again.

While the message should never change – the delivery vehicle MUST.  You on board?

Ah…HULU. The Big Wig CEO of Network Televisions answer to iTunes. NOT!

Notice, NBC pulled out of iTunes last year, only to come back to Uncle Steve and great opportunity.

And as far as TiVo goes…LOVE IT. Be a subscriber since the beginning. Talked Lunsford into his way back when. Sure there are other DVR’s out there and they do the same thing: Record shows. But nothing compares to the TiVo interface and great abilities.

I am now stepping down off my soapbox.
